Originating is the title and will be the subject.
It has many meanings, and contexts. How did we come to be here? What are we making? Are we moving in a certain direction? Becoming a certain thing? Are we creating something better, something worse, or are we just going about the same thing day after day, originating to stay the norm....originating to fit in... originating to not stand out....
In some cases it may have a specific work context. Originating a project, originating ideas, originating a person as in parenting, originating a brand image, .... originating mortgage loans.
No doubt, that will be part of this blog as this is what I have done for over 20 years. The insane inside of the mortgage industry. The rules, the dynamics, the emotions of the players -- buyers, sellers, agents, closers, attorneys, the refinancer's the underwriters, the processors, the originators...
